SR1 SERIES (MODEL SR-1-201-F)
Single Spring Mounts
Steel helical springs with integrated sleeve damping up to 7% assembled in pressed steel housings. Official nameplate engraved with model numbers and load ratings. Equipped with self-adhesive top & bottom pads that eliminate floor grouting in most installations.
- Load Rating: 5 kg to 3,000 kg per mount (e.g. Model SR-1-201-F Max 400 Kgs)
- Natural Frequency: 2.8 Hz to 5 Hz
- Optional Feature: Integrated 15% viscous liquid damping
SR4 SERIES (MODEL SR-3-304-F)
Multiple Spring Mounts
Multiple steel helical springs combined in heavy-duty pressed housings for larger DG sets, large air compressors, embroidery machinery, CNC machine tools, and HVAC equipment.
- Load Rating: 400 kg to 4,500 kg per mount (e.g. Model SR-3-304-F Max 2,400 Kgs)
- Natural Frequency: 2.8 Hz to 5 Hz
- Damping: Sleeve damping standard (15% viscous optional)
SC SERIES (MODEL SC-4-152-V)
Centrifuge Spring Units
Custom engineered specifically for 4-point loaded centrifuges (36" to 90" basket sizes). Heavy double-flanged steel housings with side tie-bolts designed to withstand high out-of-balance centrifugal forces.
- Load Rating: 1,200 kg to 2,400 kg per unit (e.g. Model SC-4-152-V Max 400 Kgs / leg)
- Natural Frequency: 3 Hz to 4 Hz
- Damping: Up to 15% viscous damping built-in
Heavy Machine Mounts
Heavy industrial spring units with height adjustment shims for coal crushers, power plant mills, boiler feed pumps, and large roll grinders mounted on concrete inertia blocks.
- Load Rating: 20 kN to 500 kN (2 to 50 tons) per mount
- Natural Frequency: 2.3 Hz to 5 Hz
- Includes: Leveling shims and pre-stress bolts
